Olga Trzebicka

Vocal pedagogy

A soprano. She graduated from the Voice and Drama Faculty at the Academy of Music in Krakow, where she studied singing with Ewa Wolak. She perfected her skills in many vocal master classes given by, among others, prof. Christian Elssner, Teresa Żylis-Gara, Małgorzata Walewska, Rosemarie Landra, Ewa Blahova. She was given singing lessons by prof. Ryszard Karczykowski and Zofia Kilanowicz.

From 2015 to 2020 she taught the original voice production course at the Cantorial School in Krakow. From 2012 to 2016 she led a series of voice production workshops for the Nowodworski Choir. Since 2016 she’s been cooperating with Sancta Trinitas from Krakow where she is responsible for their voice production. In 2017 she cooperated with Fr. Dawid Kusz OP during the Holy Mass closing 800th Jubilee of the Order of Preachers in the Lateran Basilica. She performs solo parts in oratorios. Since 2018 she’s been cooperating with the School of Liturgical Singing in Warsaw. She teaches singing to Dominican Brothers in Krakow, and she’s an instructor at many vocal workshops.

Her biggest passion is unconventional approach to vocal pedagogy, especially the importance of imagination in singing.
